HW developed a 0.20 mm high-efficiency bent screen panel to improve fine coal classification, reduce cut size, and limit fines entering the flotation system. Laboratory tests and plant trials confirmed that the 0.20 mm panel performs significantly better than conventional 0.40 mm slot screens.
